Why we developed ShaftSaverPro

Because graphite shafts suffer unnecessary wear in the golf bag—and there was no effective solution for it

From idea to solution

What began with wear on a personal graphite shaft grew into a global problem without a real solution. There was no product that truly solved it, only stopgap measures.

After the initial design, the real search began: finding the right material. A long search was conducted for the perfect balance between flexibility and wear resistance. Flexible enough to have no influence on the ball flight. Strong enough to provide years of protection.

From solution to professional product

The ShaftSaverPro did not begin as a commercial idea, but as a technical problem that first had to be solved for myself. Wear on a personal graphite shaft proved not to be an isolated incident, but a structural problem—and existing solutions were merely temporary fixes.

Therefore, the problem was approached again from the ground up. Not with stopgap measures, but through material research, practical testing, and feedback from club fitters and golf professionals.

A long search was conducted for the right balance between flexibility and wear resistance: light and supple enough to have no influence on the ball flight, yet strong enough to provide years of protection.

Only when that balance was achieved did ShaftSaverPro emerge: a small component with a major function—designed to do one thing perfectly: absorb the wear from the golf bag. And all for just a few euros per shaft.
