Use of ShaftSaverPro
ShaftSaverPro is exclusively developed to help limit wear to a graphite golf shaft at the point where the shaft rubs against the edge or a divider of a golf bag. ShaftSaverPro does not prevent every form of wear, damage, or breakage and offers no protection against, among other things, impact loading, bumps, falls, misuse, material defects, or pre-existing damage.
ShaftSaverPro does not repair or reinforce a damaged shaft. Check the shaft before installation and regularly during use. Do not use the golf club if the shaft shows cracks, splinters, deep wear, or other damage.
Install and use ShaftSaverPro exclusively according to the instructions provided with the product. Discontinue use if ShaftSaverPro becomes damaged, detached, or shifts.
ShaftSaverPro is not liable for damage demonstrably caused by incorrect installation, use contrary to the instructions, modification of the product, normal wear and tear, or continued use of an already damaged shaft.
Tournament Use
ShaftSaverPro has been designated by The R&A as non-conforming to the Equipment Rules. Use during a round played according to the official Rules of Golf may therefore lead to a penalty or disqualification. The player is responsible for compliance with the applicable competition rules.
Legal Rights and Liability
Nothing in this disclaimer limits the legal rights of consumers. Nor is liability excluded where exclusion is not permitted under mandatory law, including liability for damage caused by a defective product or damage caused by intent or willful recklessness on the part of ShaftSaverPro.
This disclaimer is governed by Dutch law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer law applicable in their country of residence.
