Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Refund & shipping cost
- EU Customers (e.g., Belgium): If you return the full order, you will be refunded the product price. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-EU Customers (e.g., United Kingdom): We only refund the purchase price of the product. Initial shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.
We will refund the amount within 5 days after receiving the product or proof of return, using your original payment method.
Return costs
The costs for the return shipment to us are entirely at your own expense. You must arrange and pay for the return postal label yourself.
