Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Refund & shipping costs
- Customers from the EU (e.g., Belgium): If you return the entire order, we will refund the product amount. The initial shipping costs and the return costs are not reimbursed.
- Customers outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom): We only reimburse the purchase price of the product. Initial shipping costs and any customs duties are not reimbursed.
We will refund the amount within 5 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment via the original payment method.
